Job description

We are a creative production and post production house. We differ from mostproduction companies in having our own in-house post-production studio, withanimation as our distinctive touch. Do not hesitate to take a look at our website tv and discover allour projects and goals!We are currently seeking an RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER to join ourcreative advertising team in our Barcelona office. You will:- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controllingaccess via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, serviceproviders and office lease- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires- Address employees queries regarding office management issues- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering andsecurity services- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations andconferences- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchersRequirements: -Disability certificate => 33%-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front OfficeRepresentative; Office Manager, Front Office Manager orAdministrative Assistant or similar role- At least +2 years of experience- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e. g. fax machines andprinters)- Professional attitude- Solid written and verbal communication skills- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise- Excellent organizational skills- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements- University Degree; additional certification in Office Managementis a plus- Experience & interest in the audiovisual industry is a plusBenefits:- You will join a young team- Specialty coffee & tea-Discounts in food & restaurants- Free fruits everyday- Health insurance- English lessons#J-18808-Ljbffr
