Job description
As BikeBusinessHUB we connect, empower, inspire open-minded professionals to scale their bike business in Europe. With over 20 years of market experience, we recruit suitable employees for bicycle brands and manufacturers, connect bike start-ups with suitable investors, and help companies to find profitable business partners.
As we are currently scaling our business, we have the opportunity for an open minded and hands-on person to coordinate our marketing and office management activities:
Marketing & Office Coordinator (m/f/d) (part/fulltime)
Founder and Team assistance
- Manage the founder´s agenda and task list, manage the central BBH email addresses and coordinate team meetings
- Coordinate all incoming leads by organizing introduction meetings, follow-up communication and ensure leads follow the internal processes
- Assist in the marketing & sales process by managing the sales lead pipelines in our crm system
Marketing coordination
- Manage the website, LinkedIn and all social media accounts promoting any of the BBH services by creating attractive content, calendars, and events
- Setup a yearly marketing planning including promotion campaigns and conference participation, prepare promotion materials and presentations
- Co-moderate all LinkedIn pages of BBH, and the “cycling worldwide” group
Office Management
- Coordinate a smooth operation of the BBH office by maintaining materials stock, arrange travels, be the central office contact person
- Manage and control the invoicing process (prepare contracts and invoices, follow-up of payments) and implementation of an administration tool(s)
- Operationally support the local island events as organized by BBH by contacting event locations, catering, hotels
Profile:
- Marketing, communications, or business management studies (or similar)
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar administrative, marketing or assistant roles
- Required Languages: German native or similar level, English business proficiency. Any other language is welcome.
- You are a good networker, you like dealing with social media and have persuasive and precise communication skills
- You are very hands-on, like to organize things in a structured manner, are a good problem-solver and can work independently with an open mindset
- You are a humble person, eager to learn and capable to work in international team dynamics.
- A strong affinity to the bicycle or sports industry or sustainable mobility is desirable
- Ideally you live in Mallorca
