Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual to join the Business Intelligence Team at IAG GBS. This is a great opportunity to work with a wonderful team and help them achieve their mission to deliver actionable insights based on data from various sources. You will have a critical role working with our stakeholders to capture their requirements and testing together business assumptions. Your experience as a Product Owner will help you translating these requirements into user stories for the Data Engineers and BI Developers. If you are a passionate advocate for your stakeholders and able to willingly drive the deliverables to completion, this might be the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of our stakeholders, find synergies and dependencies between the projects. Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager to execute on our long-term roadmap. Diligently gather requirements, capture them as user stories that can be executed and challenge projects that are not beneficial for the company. Proficiently capture and summarize stakeholder needs and goals in clear and concise themes, epics, and user stories. Maintain the user stories in a prioritized backlog and effectively divide overall project goals into prioritized deliverables for sequential and focused progress. Develop user experience designs in the form of wireframes and mock-ups for stakeholder validation and execution by the team. Work collaboratively with a delivery team of Data Engineers and BI developers to design and deliver products which benefits our stakeholders with their need to make strategic and tactical business decisions. Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of your product including communication, ongoing product adoption tactics, trainings and enablement. Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and end users for our data products. Monitor ongoing use of data products to help the Product Manager make invest/divest decisions. Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile (Scrum) environmentProven experience of working effectively with diverse stakeholdersExperience using Confluence or similar tool for documenting requirementsExperience using JIRA or other user story and task management tool. Excellent problem solving skillsStrong organisational & time management skillsExperience working with distributed teams across multiple time zonesSelf-starter with a growth mindsetExperience working with dataKnowledge of ETL process.
