Job description

Next Ventures are looking for a Microsoft Application Architect (Azure .Net) for a large client, based in Spain, Barcelona.

Initially to support as an Architect then move into a Team Lead position.

Circa €350 per day

12 Month contract.

Hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed technology stack for industrializing applications.

Recommend suitable solutions aligned with the customer landscape.

Envision and plan the industrialization of applications, emphasizing integration with external data sources.

Facilitate the migration of the second application from Linux to Azure.

Provide technical leadership and management for the development team, fostering an agile development environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in Azure development, including Data Factory, SQL Managed Services, Resource Manager, App Service, Storage Account, SQL Managed Services, Kubernetes Services, VNet, Subnet, and Private Endpoint.
• Azure .NET application development and integration
• Proficiency in Microsoft development with expertise in C#, vue.js, and REST APIs.
• Strong background in integration, with experience in Snowflake integration and SQL DB integration.
• Demonstrated experience in team technical management and agile development.
• Preferred: Experience in the migration of Linux VM to Azure using the lift-and-shift approach.
