We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Specialist to join our team.  As a ES Digital Specialist, you will play a crucial role defining and implementing the digital strategy  of Gaes. You will be responsible of digital campaigns delivery and the digital assets creation.  You will also track the results, ensuring accurate reporting and optimization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Activities:Strategy and Innovation:Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to drive online presence, engagement, and conversion in alignment with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for digital innovation and growthLead the development of effective content strategies for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer preferences. Lead generation planning & buying:Work with the Digital Manager defining annual and monthly digital budgets based on objectives (leads, appointments, sales, ROI, CPA). Challenge proactively the media center, discussing about main KPIs such as IM, CTR, CR, CPC, and CPLCollaborate with the call centre manager to optimize campaign performance, elaborating dedicated script. Optimize assets through A/B testing and campaign learningsWebsite management and SEOKPIs definition and monitoring:Technical Skills:Great understanding and knowledge of digital landscape with a specific attention on paid search platforms (Google Ads and Search Ads 360, TikTok Business Manager and Meta Business Manager)Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, good knowledge of Adobe Analytics. Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI it’s a plus. Project management skills, including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Change management fundamentals and tools knowledge. Experience in data analytics, insights gathering, and visualization. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience:Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. Familiarity with working in integrated matrix organizations. Education:Preferably a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field. Marketing focus is considered a significant plus.
