Software Manager - Zinia - Openbank (Openbank)Country :

We are the % digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion.

In the re-launch of the Bank began and since then we have been in continuous expansion and growth, especially in our technological side.

We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our clients' experience to the next level. In we launched the Bank in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal and we have landed in Argentina last year with Mexico and the US to follow.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team that currently works remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools, we haven t noticed the change!

Mission and responsibilities :

The Software Manager is the owner and full responsible of the software deliverable. Taking care of its performance, stability, scalability, logs, product evolution and error handling as well as architectural solution leader for the technology stack and er parties communications making sure are aligned with product objectives.

As a Software Manager we expect you to provide guidance and career progression to the software engineers, controlling production release in accordance with priorities and dependencies with other teams.

Also is a crucial role in the OpenBank cultural communication with others, welcoming new members and external devs and ensuring methodology feedback translates into actions.

To be successful in the role you must have :

• years of experience as tech lead / architect
• years senior programming skills backend / frontend / mobile

Strong development practices including code reviews, unit testing and regression testing.

You will work with : Maven

Swagger / RAML / OpenAPI

Bamboo / Sonar / Swagger

AWS - Advanced

Advanced English Level

Nice to have :

Experience working on cloud environments

Experience in RESTful API architecture patterns and integration design principles.

Demonstrable experience of applying TDD and BDD development practices

Experience with financial systems
