Eni , we are looking for a
Public Affairs and Regulatory Manager within
Plenitude Renewables in
Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for developing expertise in public and regulatory affairs in a fasts-growing company, working in a key sector for the country's energy transition. You will actively contribute to defining and implementing our company's national strategy, project portfolio expansion and entry into the offshore wind market, all of it from a Spanish and European perspective.

As a member of the legal affairs department at Plenitude Renewables you will be responsible for :
• Establishing strong and long-lasting relationships with key national and regional stakeholders, such as politicians, public administrations involved in the energy sector, NGOs, local communities, municipalities, agriculture, fisheries, and tourism professionals, among others.
- Strengthen the company's representation in professional associations such as UNEF, AEE, etc.
• Accompany the other teams at renewable energy events.
• Following and reporting on regulatory projects developed by national and regional governments.
• Reporting to the coordinating contact person of Eni Plenitude Spa's regulatory team on all Spanish legislation and regulatory news regarding the renewables sector, also responding to specific requests for analysis.
• Participating in the drafting of written and oral arguments addressed to administrative and public decision-makers in interviews, institutional communication campaigns or responses to consultations.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• Legal profile with interest in political sociology and economics, or political science with legal and economic skills.
• Long experience in public administration (regional or national), politics (national or regional parliaments or governments) or a similar role in the energy sector.
• Languages: Spanish: native/bilingual.
• Good knowledge of English.
- Basic knowledge of Catalan or Basque notions would be an asset.
• Independence, responsiveness, taste for travel and meetings in the field, empathy, social skills, anticipation, ability to build trust with stakeholders.
