Who   you are

• Bring more than 7 years of professional experience: you have a track record in accounting and financial control in startups, with a minimum of 2 years reporting to a CFO.
• Stand out for your: analytical, organizational and adaptation capacity; stress management; collaboration; autonomy, resilience.
• You have a Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related analytical field.
• Proficient in English language.
• You like to work in dynamic environments.
• You have advanced MS Excel skills
• You are an experienced user of BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)

What you will be doing

• Improvement and production of monthly Financial and Business Reporting for shareholders, the board of Directors and other senior staff.
• Management and development of Financial Model. Use these models to support strategic initiatives.
• Cash Flow Forecast: manage monthly cash flow forecasts and identify trends and sensitivities.
• Management of department budgets
• Variance Analysis Support: identify and research variances in forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses. Collaborate with management to identify improvement opportunities.

• KPI management: contribute to the production, definition and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proactively identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide management with those insights
• Cross-Functional Project Involvement: Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact the organization from both a business and corporate perspective, working closely with senior colleagues.
• Participate in external audit process
