There will be various support and maintenance assignments, as well as projects.
We are looking for a H elp desk consultant to join the team of one of our most important clients.

What you will do as a Helpdesk Consultant JR:
- Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 from all international units.
- Oversee the management of full IT processes.
- Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.
- Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.
What you bring as a Helpdesk Consultant JR:
- Knowledge of one of the modules in AX2012R3/AX365 will be an asset also as a user, but if you have some IT experience and/or education and really want to develop as a consultant, please apply.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
