Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Arganda del Ray, Spain but you will work in a global arena. 

What you will do

As our new Future Talent – Digital Engineer you will:

• Deliver Information (MES/Digital) Solutions and related services on behalf of both processing and packaging including competitive and profitable pre-projects.
• Work according with the project objectives, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate work with other automation engineers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Compile and review relevant technical documentation to be included in the project documentation.
• Provide technical support both internal and towards customer with respect to Information (MES/Digital) Solutions. 
• Provide adequate feedback about the projects implemented to the central team and collaborate in an active way with them to deploy new solutions.
• Provide technical concepts to support pre-projects and sales phases.
• Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak’s Information Solutions (MES/Digital) and be the differentiator between counterparties or other competition. 

We believe you have

• You have a Master’s degree in Information Technologies or Automation Engineering. (Graduated 2023-2024)
• It is possible that you have knowledge in Automation, MES, Industrial IT and data handling.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken. 
• You have good communications skills, written and spoken.
• Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious.
