Main functions and duties under the supervision of the Head of the RSC Unit and in close coordination with the Documentation section team:-Assist EU-OSHA staff in reviewing documents and carrying out archival appraisal-Carry out document preparatory work such as: order the documents, scanning of the documents and describing the documents in line with instructions from EU-OSHA staff.-Assist EU-OSHA staff in ensuring that the relevant technical and archival requirements for the transfer of documents are fulfilled.En Adecco creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin EtiquetasSe requiere Licenciatura / Ingeniería Superior y Al menos 1 año de experiencia
PROFESSIONAL/EDUCATION BACKGROUND:·Education in document management and management of archives desirable.ESSENTIAL:- Knowledge of and experience in electronic document management/archival procedures- English at C1 level.- Detail-oriented and team player.- Very good interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude.- Knowledge of Office and Adobe reader.PLACE OF WORK:
Bilbao (Agency premises are in Miribilla).You will have a temporary contract of 3-6 months durationYou will earn a salary of 20,27 euros gross / hourYou will work from Monday to Friday in split shift hoursJob tags
