Job description
MISSION:
Lead and define the global strategy of the Industrial Logistics area in all its value chain (from the collection of the MMPP in origin until the Finished Products arrives at the Distribution Center) in coordination with the rest of the areas linked to the development and internal and external production. It will define and facilitate the large scale action plans (guidelines) of areas related to Industrial Logistics.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES :
- Lead and ensure health and safety in the whole area.
- Lead the current internal warehouse team, external and logistics and transport flows, and its growth.
- Lead the improvement and planning of the warehouse to achieve the objectives (lead time, efficiency, etc.) in collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, internal customers.
- Create and ensure the implementation of strategic policies on inventory management (lay-out, volumes, ABCs and stock rotations, etc.) driving the team and operations to execute them in a timely manner.
- Creation, in collaboration with the Sustainability and Environment area, of MMPP obsolescence policies and sustainable execution of their consumption or alternative ways (carrying out a reuse of resources), ensuring that the marked guidelines are executed in time and form.
- Identify, analyze and share inter and intra-area (Distribution Center, MMPP warehouse and manufacturers) risks or opportunities for improvement - MUDAS (over process, over stock, reprocesses, transports, unnecessary movements, over production and waits).
- Will be responsible for the flow of raw material transportation to finished product shipment from manufacturers.
- Manage the talent of the team to accompany and prepare them for change management.
