Job Description

ATEXIS is a Customer Support Engineering company specialized in Integrated Technical Support. Our services enable our customers to minimize costs and maximize the operating time of their complex systems. Active in the Aerospace, Defense, Naval, Energy, Train and Utility Vehicle industries, we provide our customers with engineering and technical services that range from Maintenance Engineering and Training to Technical Documentation and Operations.

This project consists of providing a customer support service mainly focused on responding to airlines' engineering requests.

Your tasks:

• Technical support to suppliers.
• Process design management and supplier review.
• Manage in-service support: obsolescence management, problem investigation, major incidents.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable certification requirements by providing compliance justification documents.

• Test requirements
• Technical Documentation
• Certification documents
• Troubleshooting support

Qualifications

• Your

  qualifications

  :

• Graduated in Engineering 
• Experience in service bulletins, ATA´s, technical documentation
