Who will you be working for? :
Our partner is an international company in the field of Facility Management.
Their mission : expand the finance department and manage invoices
What is this job about? :
In this position as Administrative Accountant you play a key role in administering all responsibilities related to the company's accounting and finance department.
Your challenges :
- Invoice Management : from receipt verification to accounting
- Ensure the correct payment of suppliers
- Take care of the bank reconciliation
- Support the financial department in their needs
- Manage the creation of purchase orders

What do you need to apply? :
- Language skills : Minimum C2 in French and C1 in Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration
- Experience in invoice management
- Knowledge about how to support the financial department
- Experience executing payments to suppliers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
Extra points :
- Experience in NetSuite & Oracle
- Minimum English B2
- Experience with tax management
- Accounting/Administrative Bachelors Degree
