The RoleVeeva Systems is looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants who have some content management expertise and/or clinical trials expertise and/or software implementation expertise. As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for understanding our customers’ challenges and clinical needs, translating requirements into solution design, delivering training and supporting customers during application validation. If you are a Senior Consultant, you will also be leading and mentoring talented project team members implementing and configuring the designed solution together with you. What You’ll DoProject ManagementParticipate in workshops to discuss requirements with customersGuide customers toward best design decisionsDocument design decisionsMonitor Veeva Vault configuration to ensure the matching with the agreed designSupport customers in validation activities and write validation documentationDeliver onsite or remote trainingsSubmit product enhancement requests based on projects experienceEnsure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement lifecycleHave fun and work with an awesome team!RequirementsExperience working in clinical trials with a demonstrated understanding of compliance considerations and processes AND/OR experience working on implementation projects as a consultant, business or IT lead for systems such as: Documentum, IMPACT CTMS, Medidata Rave, Bioclinica CTMS, Mastercontrol Clinical, OpenText, SharePoint, etc. Some understanding of life sciences content management principlesSome understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirementsProven ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentAbility to travel as requiredBachelor degree or aboveGood communication skills in EnglishQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union.
