Job description

We want to continue growing and for this reason we need to incorporate a QUALITY ACCOUNT MANAGER, who wants to be part of a dynamic team, working for an international project and in a process of growth and expansion for the coming years.

The main goal of this position is to guarantee the internal and external quality levels.

Your role:

• Identify the quality requeriments of the clients and markets.
• Manage the quality incidents with the clients.
• Quality audits
• Quality processes and management of the quality system.
• Evaluate que levels of quality of the providers.
• KPI and quality objectives
• coordination and monitoring of the correction actios to the clients.
