Job description
RWS are looking to appoint a Marketing Specialist (in Recruitment) to join a strong and well-established Supply Chain team. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Talent Finding. This role will be responsible for helping create brand awareness and drive applications that will enable RWS to deliver on our extensive business offerings.
Key tasks include drafting and planning recruitment campaigns, analysing campaign results, aligning marketing content with campaign messaging, working closely with recruiters and internal clients to ensure recruitment campaigns are aligned with the business needs as well as with RWS’ visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will be expected to seek continuous improvement and they will have an interest in all aspects of marketing including copywriting. They will feel comfortable reporting against KPIs and applying an analytical approach to their work. They will have experience working in a busy, multi-product environment. Good hands-on Canva experience is preferable.
Experience of working to tight deadlines, under pressure and with a strong attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role.
