At Buscoresi we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative - Spanish Market to help us become the industry standard for student housing in Europe.

Tasks
- To plan, execute and track the entire sales cycle between us and students.
- Understand and evaluate the needs for every lead, and provide a dedicated support that leads them to their ideal housing options.
- Omnichannel communication: attend national and international users via phone, email, or chat.
- Give end-to-end operational and technical support to every booking: from the first inbound call, until the day of check-in.
- Always looking for demanded destinations in which to increase our presence. Find new opportunities in emerging markets.
- Continuous assessment, analysis, and thorough reporting on the performance of your department, with detailed results and creative solutions.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience dealing with sales cycles and managing sales-related daily operations.
- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Superb time-management and organizational skills.
- Business sense and an analytical profile. You are always one step ahead of the market.
- To be a tech-savvy person with strong IT skills. Experience with CRM software and Excel is a must.
- Creative self-starter and autonomous personality that can work effectively solutions and results.
- Ambition and a high level of energy, but you are also a good team player.
