The Opportunity
This position will be located in Madrid and it´s for our Cardiac Rhithm Management (CRM) division. Our business purpose is keeping your heart healthy with medical technologies that help you and your doctor better manage your health with pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators and resynchronization devices to control abnormal heart rhythms, and smartphone-compatible devices and insertable cardiac monitors to keep patients connected to their healthcare providers.
As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, your primary focus is to support the sales and marketing teams in the execution and tracking of all Commercial Actions linked to the account planning process and also support to Distributors and Agents coordination.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update tracking tools for all Commercial actions. This includes support to Account Planning, Activity tracking, sales performance and. ROI measurement.
Logistic coordination to account planning and tracking process with sales force
Support EMEA Commercial Excellence Team in tools and tactics roll-out for Spain and Portugal.
Support Distributors and Agents duties acting as direct interface between CRM management and Indirect Partners. This includes contracts agreement follow-up and renewals, updates, and performance tracking and adherence to Abbott policies and procedures.
Support to Marketing Team and campaigns execution and tracking
Ensure that all EMEA current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed.
Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity.
Report and keep his/her immediate Manager informs about his/her business progress and assisting him/her to be able to build the yearly operating plan.
Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies with respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting.
Required Qualifications
University Degree or High School Degree + 8 years of relevant experience.
Proficient level in English
Proficient management of commercial tracking tools, especially Power BI
Ability to create and maintain complex ad-hoc metric tools: Power BI, Excel, …
Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial &/or operational marketing
