Job description
Join our global TUI Musement Operational Efficiency Team as a Process Manager and re imagine our processes to establish a more standardized and efficient ways of working that will support TUI MM growth.
The role moves through process design, testing, implementation, go live and steady state with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement, standardization and automation into TUI MM HR landscape.
Responsible for defining the future of HR internal processes and the measures that are aligned with the organizational strategies.
You will strive to capture opportunities, reviewing existing and best practice workflows, tools, and data.
Support cross-functional and virtual teams in the review, design, development and implementation of global processes and procedures.
Work with HR and other functions / business to identify the key pain points and priorities, understanding constraints including cost, quality, effectiveness, and other factors.
Work with stakeholders to ensure Product / Policy / Process / Procedure / System decisions take account of territory variances and business needs.
Support the preparation of testing materials and execution of testing through the initial testing cycles and UATs.
Review job aids, communications and training approaches to embed new ways of working and systems training.
Establish, monitor, and communicate measures of success, plans, status, to team members, stakeholders.
A professional with significant knowledge and experience in Business Process Management and the respective methodology of mapping, analysis, and design of processes.
Lean Six Sigma expertise to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven in-depth knowledge of HR related processes.
Excellent level of English, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous.
Advanced ability of visioning the big picture, to focus on the entire/End2End process from beginning to end and predict how changing the smaller parts of it impact the current process or other processes of the map of processes.
Project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities in a multitask environment.
