Job description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery of business-critical insurance technologies. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams (e.g., business stakeholders, business analysts, architecture, technical delivery, legal/compliance, and finance) to define solutions and benefits cases, and ensure overall project objectives are met.
What are you going to do in Allianz?
- Manage end-to-end projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and calls with project teams and clients.
- Employ Agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes.
What does Allianz need from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Consulting or similar roles.
- Experience and background in project management, with a strong track record.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Analytical profile, with the ability to synthesize information and agile adaptation to change.
- High level of English proficiency: fluent/negotiation.
- Knowledge of suppliers is highly valued.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems and processes.
- Dedication to excellence in service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into strategic plans.
