Operational Excellence Engineer Intern

We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer Intern to join the Granollers Operations Excellence team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Operational Excellence Engineer Intern, you will be involved (sometimes as the leader) in multi-functional projects across the Granollers site.

Your main focus:

• Lead the implementation on the shopfloor of digitalization projects, such as elimination of paper documents or data touch reduction/elimination.
• Be part of the development of ongoing or future digitalization projects.
• Work with the Process Engineers, Line Leaders, Operators and Mechanics to understand issues and needs related with Digitalization.
• Lead or be part of waste reduction projects (e.g. reduce amount of product wasted during washout/changeover).
• Participate in the improvement and deployment of DMS (daily management systems) on the production lines.

The Operations Excellence team is responsible for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes. This includes implementing TPM methodologies, digitalization, waste reduction, etc.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work in a team but could work autonomously as well. As a/an Operations Excellence Intern, you are result oriented and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Engineering degree – just finished or in last year.
• Fully competent in Spanish and good command of English.
• Advanced user of Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• You have an analytical mind and great communicative competencies.
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours/week for 6 months.
