Do you want to join the Human Resources (HR) team at AVL Iberica?
We are looking for qualified Human Resources Specialists to join our team located in Mataró (Barcelona) with the option of joining from Valladolid as well.
The person hired will carry out recruitment and selection tasks, department support tasks such as managing employee benefits and requests, and developing HR policies. You will use Human Resources information systems to ensure that all employee records are up to date and confidential.
The objective is to ensure that the operations of the HR department. run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes of personnel
- Manage compensation and benefits plans
- Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives
- Offer support to employees on various HR-related topics. HR, such as leave and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies
- Improve job satisfaction by diligently solving problems, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
- Guarantee compliance with labor regulations
- Experience of more than 3 years in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation
- Possession of outstanding knowledge of MS Office, SAP will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and people skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Desire to work as a team with a results-oriented approach
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Additional training in HR will be valued.
- English level B.2
- Availability to travel frequently (25% time).
