Are you curious about your responsibilities as Junior Project Manager? This is what you will do:
- Assist overseeing the VR production process from start to end, ensuring the experience is delivered on time and within budget.
- Help to identify the resources needed for the successful execution of the project.
- Prepare clear briefs for the production team.
- Prepare clear reports on the financial status of the projects.
- Assure smooth and clear communication between all stakeholders involved in the production process.
- Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork among project team members, coordinating and tracking the status of ongoing tasks.
- Assist coordination technical operations work related to experiences implementation in the physical spaces
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience as a digital project manager.
- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with organizational tools such as Slack, Click Up, Figma or similar apps.
- Must be self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at the same time.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges. Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team-oriented" environment.
- Effective organizational abilities.
- Commercial awareness and good written and verbal communication skills.
🔥 You will have a Big Plus if you have
- Experience in the XR field (VR, AR, Mixed Reality)
- Experience in the video game industry
- Experience with conventional productions: events, film production, etc.
- You have a focus on delivering quality work rather than speedy work
- You love XR, AR, VR and Videogames in general (Gamers welcome)
- You can adapt quickly to changes and new feature requirements
Team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
🗣️ Language Requirements Must have an
excellent level of English. An at least
