SEEKING : Business Analyst
Profile
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst
The candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving successful project outcomes.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, gathering user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities &Tasks
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, project goals, and user needs.
● Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and user stories using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
●Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for software development teams.
● Work closely with product owners, project managers, and development teams to prioritize features, define acceptance criteria, and establish project scope.
● Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
● Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as business process models, use cases, wireframes, and mockups to visualize system functionalities.
● Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential effects of proposed changes and enhancements on existing systems and processes.
● Assist in defining test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure thorough validation of software solutions.
● Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback and defect resolution with development teams.
● Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, addressing questions, issues, and change requests as they arise.
● Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
● Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements & Skills
● Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
● Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Proficiency in requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
● Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Agile tools and practices.
● Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
● Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
Education: ● Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Language:
-Fluent English Level (C1)
