About the Role: Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
About the Restaurant: An experience created to share: The menu surprises with a variety of Creole tapas, national snacks, anticuchos (marinated and grilled skewers), ceviches, tiraditos (Peruvian-style sashimi) and other specialties for sharing. Additionally, at the Maymanta bar, you can savor dishes such as Salmon with tiger's milk, crispy won ton, toasted peanuts, and chives; causas, escabeche, spicy mayo, avocados, and tomatoes; or Squid chicharrón with glazed achiote and spicy pineapple salsa.

Qualifications What we will love about you - Proven experience of at least two years as a server
- Knowledge of hygiene and health regulations in this area
- Handling of the menu based on allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Proficiency in Catalan is desirable.
