What we are looking forFor our Spanish branch – Amplifon GAES, we are currently looking for the Spain Head of IT The Country Head of IT oversees all the IT systems and services in the country. As a business partner, s/he works closely with local business lines to understand their needs and to improve their performance. S/he manages IT initiatives on a local level that are designed to support and achieve the company’s growth. The head of IT maintains and builds up a strong cross-functional working partnership with all IT Global functions team within the Amplifon matrix organization in order to develop and delivers successful integrated IT project and activities. S/he will report in solid line to the Country GM and in dotted line to the regional CIO. Being a management position, the director will lead and mentor a team of max 25 resources. Key Accountabilities IT Leadership:Communicate and cascade down the global IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Collaborate with local senior management, particularly the Marketing and Retail Excellence departments, to identify technology opportunities and innovations that drive growth and competitiveness. Teams Management:Lead and mentor a team of 25IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Oversee hiring, training, and performance management within the IT department. Transformational Initiatives:Active participation to the on-going transformational projects, ensuring successful execution, respect of timing and smooth adoption. Work closely with global and local business departments to implement technologies that enhance customer engagement and operational excellence. Collaboration & Stakeholders ManagementLocal IT Budget Vendor ManagementShop’s Infrastructure Management and SupportEnsure the reliability and scalability of shop’s IT infrastructure in close cooperation with global IT team. Management of the IT Service desk performance supporting field and Back officeImplement best practices for data security and compliance. What you'll needComputer Science; IT bachelor degree, Master’s degree preferredStrong working experience in IT Retail Systems (SalesForce, Oracle Xstore, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Cloud)General knowledge technologies covering all the functional fields on the information systems (i. e ERP, Operations & Enterprise Architecture, Big Data & BI). Solid experience in team management and managerial roles in IT retail environments (10 years) Fluency in English and SpanishCapability to managing complexity and to matrix reporting in an international environmentInternational Mobility availabilityPositive and Energetic Attitude, Change agent, Influencing and Negotiation skills.
