Hello! 

At Factorial we're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Global Operations team.

The Role

What will you be doing:

• Manage the marketing operations for +2 markets: serve as the primary point of contact for these markets regarding data, automation, and campaign optimization. Ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales, offer operational solutions, and actively participate in Directors' meetings.
• Work with data: Ensure all data points flow seamlessly into our CRM and database from various marketing sources, standardize and analyze it to provide key insights to stakeholders (both in marketing and sales). Generate KPIs for the teams and ensure their tracking and achievement.
• Build reporting: Develop global real-time dashboards in PowerBI/Superset, as well as ad hoc reports in Excel and HubSpot.
• Project management: Efficiently scale technical and detailed projects, including custom objects, properties, workflows, integrations, and lead scoring.
• Administer and automate our Hubspot platform: Manage lists, workflows, chatflows, integrations, reports, properties, landing pages, campaigns, and segmentation. Provide prompt and efficient resolution to day-to-day inquiries from the marketing teams.
• Build a state-of-the-art lifecycle and funnel: Optimize all lead acquisition channels, establish flawless attribution models, ensure proper lead and account assignment, and implement nurturing and reactivation flows.
• Build repeatable and scalable processes to empower our marketing and sales teams, and provide training to facilitate organic adoption.
  

Your Profile 

• Positive attitude :)
• Technology geek, you understand SQL and can write basic queries. JS or Python are a big plus!
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards and documenting processes (Power BI / Superset)
• You are fluent in English, knowledge in Spanish is a big plus!
• Hands on experience with CRM tools (Hubspot knowledge is key)
• Experience in Excel
• Experience in B2B / SMB / MSE markets
• Must be data oriented, organised, ethical, responsible & self-motivated
