POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly strategic and execution driven AI Portfolio Manager to lead and coordinate our strategic AI initiatives. The successful candidate will be pivotal in prioritizing, managing, and steering AI use cases to successful completion, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and sustainability goals. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications, coupled with exceptional project management and interpersonal skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Coordination and Prioritization: - Integrate, evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives across all Industrial Print divisions and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. - Continuously assess the AI project portfolio, looking for leverage opportunities and making recommendations for adjustments and reallocations to maximize value and impact. 2. Project Management and Execution: - Lead and drive key AI use cases from inception to completion, coordinating the execution teams and ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the desired outcomes. - Apply robust project management methodologies, providing clear direction and milestones while mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with division heads and functional groups to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated and add value. - Act as the liaison between the business and corporate AI teams, ensuring resources, infrastructure, and knowledge are leveraged efficiently. 4. Resource and Infrastructure Optimization: - Collaborate with corporate AI teams to maximize the use of shared resources and infrastructure, avoiding redundancy and encouraging synergies. - Ensure that AI initiatives are supported by the necessary technological frameworks and talent, coordinating with relevant departments for support and alignment. 5. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: - Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the progress, impact, and strategic alignment of AI initiatives. - Prepare and present detailed reports on the portfolio's performance, lessons learned, and future roadmaps. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED- Proven experience in AI project management, strategic planning, and execution within a global and complex organizational structure. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and practical applications relevant to the industrial print sector. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholder groups. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Relevant advanced degree (e. g. , MBA, Computer Science, Engineering) is preferred. - Professional project management certification (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
