Reporting to: Head of Employee Experience FLPO, Europe, the role will be based in Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania, Spain or Turkey.

Key responsibilities
You will work in a dynamic environment, coaching and supporting your team of HR (People) Partners and HR (People) Advisors as well as interacting with stakeholders in the wider People Function at Maersk. In countries where we are still small in scale, you will share HR resource with the Ocean teams.
