Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team at Innitius. As a Backend Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining robust backend systems that power our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology possesses strong problemsolving skills and thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Tasks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliver highquality backend solutions.
- Design develop test deploy and maintain scalable backend systems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements using serverside logic.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI algorithms into productionready code.
- Ensure the performance security and scalability of backend applications.
- Debug and resolve backend issues optimize application performance and implement improvements.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into our development processes.
- Develop software in compliance with IEC 62304
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
- Experience with relational databases particularly PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
