Mission

Managing fragrance projects for FF and Aire Care Category (pro-active and reactive) by development of fragrances to answer client's briefs, mainly for the European Market.

Defining and Implementing strategy and actions together with Sales and Marketing.

Coordination of pro-active fragrance development, in order to develop the most interesting new olfactive characters.

Functions

• Fragrance development evaluation and collection build up in partnership with FDM team
• To create, maintain and up-grade library in HQ
• Partner of perfumer, guiding them in their developments (in case needed).
• To recommend submission adapted to brief parameters.
• Constant development of knowledge of market products in different FF and Aire categories.
• To detect olfactive trends and needs for category, working with marketing team, and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions.
• Project management
• Fragrance Presentations to clients together with Sales
• To lead pro-active initiatives
• To develop an excellent olfactive understanding of the Indian market in key categories.

Experience required:

• Require in depth market knowledge in Air Care.
• Require in depth market knowledge in the FF segment on Top sellers and New FF Launches.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an FDM in FF and Air Care.
• Technical know how needed in the diverse Air Care applications.
• Easy adaptation into an international work environment.

Languages - Compulsory:

• English: High - Written & Spoken
