We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our computerized systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Input and update data into computerized systems
Verify accuracy and completeness of data
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and perform basic calculations
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with databases and data entry systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math skills for data verification purposes
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
