Job Summary:
This position is part of the Global HR Operations HRIS team supporting the EMEA and LATAM regions. This position is responsible for providing a broad range of operational and project support for the HR systems of record, SAP and Workday. Responsibilities may include system administration, client engagement, data validation, testing, troubleshooting, training, and other project and integration related assignments.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
Project Support
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners across 37 countries to support the improvement of processes; drive for continued improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
- Support project activities, change management, reporting, and data deliverables
- Ensure process and integration in Enterprise HR systems in alignment with strategic HR initiatives and analytical reporting requirements
- Support the Workday Absence Management implementation project across EMEA and LATAM
HRIS
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for Enterprise HR Systems (Workday and SAP)
- Ensure process and integration in Enterprise HR systems in alignment with strategic HR initiatives and analytical reporting requirements
- Develop future state designs and recommendations for the implementation of processes, business rules, and tools
- Perform regular testing of SAP and Workday business processes
- Prepare data for mass updates in SAP and Workday
- Assist with the development and/or delivery of end-user training
Global HR Operations Community Building and team development
- Support the building of a community among all HRIS employees and integration between Org Management & HRIS
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in HR, HRIS or Workforce Planning function
- Proven experience with Workday and/or SAP
- Prior experience with data integrations and/or data conversions
- Prior experience with testing system enhancements
- Prior experience developing future state recommendations
- Prior experience delivering end user training
- Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with SAP, Workday (or a similar system) and Service Now

Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP or Workday data elements and business processes
- In-depth understanding of Compensation rate structures, premiums, wage types, and table updates on rate calculation methods
- Prior experience with testing system enhancements
- Prior experience with data integrations and/or data conversions
- Prior experience developing future state recommendations
- Prior experience delivering end-user training
- Fluent in Spanish
