Service Manager (Boadilla / Cantabria / Málaga) - Santander Digital ServicesCountry : SpainSANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a Service Management for the Environment Support Engineer, based in our (Boadilla / Cantabria / Málaga) office. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Service Management for the Environment Support Engineer , you will manage the availability of the Pre-Production environment, capturing issues and maintaining obtainability and readiness so that Project and Change activity is not impacted. Understanding the project pipeline and the demand on the environment will also underpin the effectiveness of role. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :- To create, build out and maintain a Change & Incident Management process and monitoring dashboards for this environment. - Lead and deliver pre-production service management and operational readiness into the production environment via the Service Introduction process. - Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. - Contributes to the development of policies, procedures and best practice methods Ensues the collation of Service reports and performance improvement activities. - Leads by example, following agreed processes and proactively identifies, assesses, manages and reports incidents and changes. - Collects and analyses data, both real-time (monitoring / alerts) and historical (reporting / metrics), and initiates, develops and recommends improvements to systems, processes and procedures. Collaborates with PMO and project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. EXPERIENCEAt least years of experience at the role. EDUCATIONUniversity degree in technology, preferably in computer science. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment- Significant IT Experience preferably in a financial services environment- Significant experience working in a Service role. - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies used to deliver services- Strong relationship and influencing skills; together with the ability to work closely with Technology teams- Strong governance and process adherence; with the ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience. - Must champion the use of CMDB, ITSM Toolsets and collaboration tools as appropriate- Certified in ITILv or above.
