What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team. -Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Thursday 09:00 to 18:00, Friday from 09:00 to 17:00- Salary 32 000 euros gross/year + up to 8000 euros gross/month in bonus- Great office location in Barcelona-Friends hunting (referral) bonus-Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on-Career development program and specialized coursesWhat you'll experience with usAs a Sales Manager in our team, you will:- Own and be entirely responsible for the full sales process for the assigned region and market types (verticals)- Generate pipeline, through prospecting, referrals or other methods- Take personal care of all ancillary activities during customer proposal and negotiation stage: meetings, presentations, proposals, site visits, RFPs management, provider certifications, service contracts, etc. - Handhold the client and close support to the Operations team during service implementation and ramp-up- Customer follow-up through QBRs and important events, in association with the Account Manager until the handover is done- Proper and up-to-date CRM- Regular reporting and ad-hoc activity and impact analysisWe’ll be a great match if you:- Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and B2 English- Have strong new business sales experience or degree in Business School- Have a consultative selling approach, the ability to truly understand client needs and be able to match it to what we can or could offer, thanks to knowledge, creativity and effort. - Have excellent client facing presentation skills (verbal and written)- Are confident in explaining technical solutions to a non-technical audience- Have very good operational knowledge of number-crunching apps such as spreadsheetsWe are dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can learn and develop themselves professionally.
