Your tasks
The SAP Application Owner Life Cycle Services ensures that the Life Cycle Services (LCS) SAP applications (Business One, ECC, S / 4HANA) are set up in accordance with the Life Cycle Services strategy as part of the overall Kardex Remstar strategy and the Kardex IT system landscape
Care for the continuous optimization of the SAP application in close and proactive cooperation with the IT Solution Architect (e.
g. implementation of change requests for functional improvements)
Advise the Life Cycle Services process owner on business process changes and implement corresponding adjustments or developments in the SAP application with the support of the IT Solution Architect
Accountable for the quality of global Life Cycle Services master data (global materials, business partners) and Sales Companies guidance in the creation and maintenance of local master data
Active membership as Life Cycle Services Master Data Expert in the Master Data Management community
Proactive and close collaboration with adjacent departments (e.g. Supply Chain, New Business (Sales), Finance) on technical interfaces, shared functions and subsequent data and posting flows
Your profile
Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business management, financial management or equivalent professional education with several years of professional experience
Industrial experience preferably in the production area / machine construction / special machine construction
Proven experience with SAP applications in SAP Business One, ECC and S / 4HANA systems in an application leading role
Experience in SAP service management, data management and LCS related reporting
Preferably basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and interfacing to SAP
English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate) or C1 (intermediate)
