About the role

As a Dart and Flutter Developer, you will contribute to achieving the highest quality and reliability for Wame's software. You will help in the development of our ecosystem of applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for our users, and improving the architectural approaches and data flows of our software. You are a team player who loves getting the details pixel-perfect and believes that the user experience is a must.

You will be part of a Squad, working in an agile environment that will take care of the evolution from the current ecosystem of solutions to a platform able to lead a sector with a clear milestone of quality, performance, and reliability.

This team has the mission to consolidate the current platform, making it more reliable and better prepared to be able to multiply his capacity exponentially as well as advising the rest of the engineering and product teams on their use.

We combine strategic viewpoints in engineering with continuous improvements and updates in a platform that wants to lead the sector.

Our tactical executions are always small and trustable. Improving the global system step by step in only one direction, never going back.

About you

• You have solid experience in developing cross-platform applications in Ios, Android and Web with Dart and Flutter .
• You are used to creating interfaces that exactly match designs.
• You are competent working with data, manipulating state and propagating state through the application.
• You are able to work in a varied environment, handling the entire software development life cycle, end to end.
• You have been working in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban in cross-functional teams.
• You understand the principles of Quality Assurance in software development.
• You are comfortable in an international environment, where English is our common language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information System, Telecom or 5+ years equivalent experience in an engineering role.
