Job description
The Service Delivery Manager is the responsible for the successful execution of the project (in line with defined plans, budget and contractual obligations) coordinating all involved delivery teams. He works closely with key stakeholders, Account Sales and the Delivery towers within the Hybrid Cloud and Infra unit.

How much experience do you need?
- At least 8 years of experience in IT service delivery management - Have experience in team and project management
What education do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field - A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
What knowledge and skills do you need?
- Found management of the project PnL
- Proficiency on ITIL framework
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills
What other knowledge or skills would be an asset to your application?
- Customer service orientation
- Experience with agile methodologies
What certifications do we value positively?
- ITIL basics certification - ScrumMaster Certification (CSM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
