From our headquarters in the Málaga TechPark in Málaga, Spain, we operate both locally and internationally with clients from many different business sectors including leading brands in the Games, IT, Legal, Engineering and Business industries. We are currently hiring an experienced Localization QA Test Lead for our Testing Department in our HQ in Málaga TechPark, Spain. Visit: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a LQA Lead in gaming industry. As LQA Lead you will manage video game testing projects in a deadline driven environment taking full ownership of the tasks entrusted to you. Your job is to ensure successful project completion and 100% customer satisfaction. You are expected to be a good team player helping the Project Manager and testing teams in their daily tasks as well as working independently. English at a native or near native level. Other languages are a plus Good communication, planning and organization skills Understand the importance of confidentiality, security and quality Customer focused, understand the importance of continuous customer satisfaction Ability to follow instructions and established processes Positive, problem solving, pro-company “can do” attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile Capacity to lead and motivate multilingual tester teams in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where schedule changes are part of planning Able to work with tight deadlines in a deadline driven environment Able to see the full picture as well as have a keen eye for detail Tools: Jira, Xloc, etc. IT literacy: MS Office, especially Excel Flexible and a good team player Available for day and evening shifts Willingness to learn and grow to the next level Experience with Japanese customers is a plus Responsibilities Follow company policy and values Adhere to existing procedures Timely management of the given tasks Assist the Project Managers throughout projects Support project and team preparation for execution, e. g. testing space preparation, firmware updates, bug tracking tool set up, etc. Prepare, assign and monitor tester’s daily tasks Support and motivate testing teams with their daily work and progress Bug vetting, tracking and bug database maintenance Terminology checks Prepare daily/weekly reports and other admin tasks Communicate professionally with clients (emails, phone, video conferences) Create and maintain project documentation Provide feedback of tester’s performance Participate in tester trainings Help in resource selection Test when requested Other related tasks Report to Testing Project Manager / Localization Manager What we offer Full-time position in a well-established localization/testing company Opportunity to work with a professional international team in a dynamic and friendly work environment Opportunity to work with renowned clients worldwide Opportunity to work on exciting game projects (PC, Consoles, VR, Mobile) 23 paid holidays per natural year Summer timetable Free yearly medical check Cafeteria with arcade and console games Fresh fruit, free coffee/tea, soft drinks and cookies Free parking Christmas gift Relocation pack Additional information Valid work permit for Spain is required Work is performed in Localsoft’s secure testing lab in Málaga, Spain This is an in-house position, remote work is not possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
