Mission

  • Provide support in ESG management in Corporate Sourcing and evaluation of
    suppliers inside GLOBAL PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the ESG team in monitoring and managing the evaluation of
    suppliers.
  • Management, analysis and monitoring of ESG data from suppliers.
  • Implementation and monitoring of the strategy to achieve annual
    targets.
  • Quantification of environmental impacts, carbon footprint and energy
    efficiency opportunities at suppliers.
  • Development and monitoring of climate change, water and biodiversity
    strategies in suppliers.
  • Support in writing the procurement section of the annual integrated
    report.
  • Management of signatures of the Supplier Code of Ethics.
  • Management of Audits and evaluation of ESG of Suppliers
  • Follow up of non-conformities at suppliers
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of Corporate Sourcing
    KPIs
  • Data management in the classification of suppliers and Items
  • Support in procurement tools management

 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • High level of English, both oral and written.
  • Communication and Training
  • Ability to work in a team and to manage simultaneous projects in a constantly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of carbon footprint management (scopes 1, 2, and 3): calculation, analysis, tendency and deviation detection. Be able to design strategies to reduce it in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Solid knowledge of business sustainability (ESG)
  • Data management skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office products
  • Knowledge of supplier audit and evaluation processes
