Samy is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our HQ team.

Successful candidates must be proactive, organized and customer service oriented.

RESPONSABILITIES

He/She will participate:

• Daily control and response to the accounting mailbox
• Follow-up of project closeout sheets
• Issuing purchase orders
• General support to the financial department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• FP title in Administration or economics degree.
• Hands On
• Competencies of working autonomously out of your comfort zone
• Applying confidentiality to manage high sensitive information
• Excel experience and Netsuit experience is a plus
• English is necessary and a fluent level in Spanish is required.
