Main Roles
Acquire a thorough understanding of your customer needs and requirements - Understand the long term needs & strategy from you customer.
- Be able to capture at early stage all investments and promote adequate products & services.
- Understand customer environment (final customers, politics & legal, competition) … understand the world of your customer.
Develop trust relationships with your customer “Your activity takes mainly place with your customer not with Bobst. - Create and maintain excellent relationship with your customer, especially at the HQ level.
- Participate in meetings with our sales team in factories
Play an integral part in generating new sales - Set-up and maintain an account plan. Transform it into concrete projects.
- Set-up and monitor targets defined for (and with) your customer.
- Create and manage all official documents (contracts, agreements …) by collaborating with product lines, Bobst Regions and zones, legal dept. …
- Take the lead for major negotiations.
- Consolidate the sales of the different Bobst product line.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner - Play the Bobst ambassador role by promoting all products and services (visit, demo, customer days … live & remote).
- Manage opportunity pipeline from our both business units.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams - Important role of internal promotion. You are the voice of your customer.
- Work in collaboration with our product lines.
- Animate, collaborate (and supervise when necessary) BU PC & BU SP sales team, Regions & Zone head, Application managers.
- Create a team spirit with your Bobst colleagues.
- Share regular information with group functions (PLs, Service team, Marketing, finance, supply …)
- Manage and maintain all customer data up to date (contacts, installed base, factories, competition …)
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Take the lead for majors’ problem with customer.
- Communicate proactively & regularly to customer & to Bobst.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics - Regular meeting with management to inform about situation. Clear & same KPI for all KAM. Min twice a year.
- Regular contacts & meeting with sales team (machines & services).
- Technical sales background
- Ideally a person with experience in Machines & Services sales
- Experience in the packaging sector
- Strategic & long-term view
- Hybrid selling man (virtual and physical selling …)
- Financial knowledge
- English + second European language
- High communication skills
- Capability to build long-term relation and develop business
- Ability to work in an international team
- Ability to motivate and federate his team
