What you'll be doing?
  • Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way
  • You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
  • Offering an multichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
  • Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements


What skills & experience you'll bring to us?
  • Afluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English (Both written and spoken)
  • A high level of Spanish would be a plus.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving
Benefits


What do we offer?
  • Start date: March 18th, 2024
  • Contract: Temporary (with the view to extend)
  • Full-time: 39 hours/week
  • Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 18PM (One short day)
  • Salary: 18,000€ gross per year.
  • Bonus : 300 Euros bonus after 3 months if no sanctions
  • Bonus: Additional bonus for the top performers.
  • Holidays: 24 per calendar year
  • Hybrid model: Working from the office 3 times a month, the rest work from home.
  • Training: 3 weeks - Monday to Friday 9AM to 18PM. (Hybrid - First day in the office)
  • Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
