Position overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented candidate to join our team in the role of Sales and Account Manager. This dynamic and central role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and enhancement of relationships with a diverse range of clients, with a specific focus on sales and account management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in building various relationships to secure business partnerships and optimize commercial agreements with various merchants.
Assist with negotiations, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and successful partnerships.
Manage merchant onboarding, from sourcing to introduction and then to contract signing, including commercial negotiations using CRM tools such as NetHunt.
Managing merchants’ needs and addressing any issues that arise mostly relating to contractual terms.
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with onboarded merchants and prospective merchants alike.
Collaborate and manage any internal alignments needed with Finance, Compliance and Legal.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute strategic account plans and facilitate seamless communication to ensure successful implementation to achieve mutual business objectives.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and account management.
At least 1 year of experience working in the payment industry.
Fluency in English.
Results-driven and motivated.
Forward thinking and innovating personality.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies.
