We at PRONOVIAS GROUP , Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquartes in Barcelona, are currently looking for a motivated Retail & Inventory Administration Trainee to join our Retail Controlling Team.

Within the Retail Controlling team, you will help ensuring that all inventories and cash desk closings are carried out correctly in all our Pronovias Stores.
Store inventories coordination:
- Support the stores in the realization of monthly inventories.
- Help identify discrepancies and support in making necessary adjustments in the system.
- Assist in the coordination of stock returns & destructions.
Retail Administration tasks:
- Help with reconciliation of cash desk closings.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of store teams within the system.
- Support in other administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task, plan, and prioritize.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude towards work, demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Spanish & English. French and/or Italian are a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel.
- Business Administration or Economics studies are highly valued.
