Our clients, a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids), are looking for a private chef to join them during their holiday in Marbella, Spain.
The start date will be Monday, April 1st, 2024, and the end date will be Thursday, June 20th, 2024. The chef will be responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Working hours will be approximately from 7:30 am until 8:30 pm. Breakfast at 8:30 am, lunch at 1 pm, and dinner at 7 pm (sometimes 7:30 pm).
The family is seeking a highly experienced chef and enjoys Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine, as well as Indian and Lebanese dishes. They prefer a focus on healthy cooking, particularly emphasising a high-protein diet. The meals will mostly be family-style, but occasionally fine dining will be required.
The chef will also be responsible for cooking for the staff, 4 in total, staff meal.
A valid clean driving license is required.
The chef will have a separate en-suite room, and all travel expenses will be covered.
Salary negotiable.
If necessary, the client is open to considering two different chefs to cover the duration of the stay. Please let us know if you are available for the entire duration or for half of the period.
