- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and at least 3 of them related to Retail & eCommerce services.
- Familiar with costumer experience and digital touchpoints.
- Experience with Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- English Fluent as you will be working at an international and multicultural enviroment and english is the day to day language.
- Experience at big companies.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, German...
- Experience with virtual teams and Hybrid enviroments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs.
- Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems.
- Use analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
- Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements.
- Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Support project management in defining scope and objectives.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT.
