A new job opportunity has arisen to join our Biotechnology & Life Science Department.

Job Role:

• Discussing innovations with inventors and researchers.
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Performing patentability opinions.
• Preparing responses to reports from patent examiners.
• Drawing up searches.
• Performing infringement opinions.

Requerimientos

• A degree in the biomedical field (Biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, etc.).
• 1 – 2 years of experience as a Patent Adviser.
• Written communications skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Preciseness and rigorousness.
• Client-orientation.
• Proactive and “can-do” attitude.
