As a Consult Partner, you will wield immense influence within the customer and Kyndryl account teams, forging senior-level relationships and driving value-based outcomes. Your role will encompass leading small teams of practitioners across multiple projects, showing your business and technology knowledge, nurturing your leadership skills, and propelling your career within one of the fastest-growing IT consulting businesses on a global scale. Who You Are Required Professional and Technical Expertise : 10+ years of Consulting expertise with a strong technological base and use to address business needs with technological professional services. Experience in project delivery and proven experience as client trusted advisor partner for strategic roadmap implementation. Model Proven track record in developing strong client relationships with a focus on the executive level. Strong communication skills including extensive experience dealing at the executive level. Demonstrated business acumen including negotiation skills, business development and contact/profit management. Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated executive engagement and proven ability to present strategic information to, and drive change across a broad range. Knowledge of some of these practices/areas: cloud, digital workplace, core enterprise architectures, network, edge, security, resiliency, applications, data & AI.
